How do I know if my booking and payment was successful?

You will receive a confirmation email and your e-tickets instantly to the email address supplied when making the booking. 

 

I did not receive the confirmation email after completing a successful transaction, what should I do?

Check your Spam or Junk folder to ensure that your email provider hasn’t misfiled the email. If you still did not receive your confirmation email within 24-48 hours, please email [email protected] for assistance.


Can I cancel, refund or amend my booking after purchase?

All payments are fixed and final. Strictly no refunds, no cancellations and no amendment will be allowed.


What is the recommended dress code?

Smart casual with appropriate footwear (strictly no shorts, bermudas, singlets and slippers).

Please note that while the general recommended dress code is smart casual, some restaurants may have specific dress code requirements.
